This is the second time I have ordered custom sized velvet panels. The first (gold) to cover a hall doorway and the second (terracotta) to cover crafting supplies under 2 high tables. The boho velvet panels are a perpetual source of delight; the rich color and living light. Just LOVE them!

Later, I got a new tracking ID, this time directly from India via DHL, and only had to pay about 2 euros in customs duty. Finally I am happy about the curtains. They got the right color and size. The curtains are lovely but the delivery time took twice as long as expected and I did not receive any response from the seller as to why this happened or anything about receiving a discount due to the longer delivery time. I would say that they are very short on width so I have to buy another set to cover the window. Which I feel is quite expensive as they are not blackout curtains. Love it! This is just what I wanted. It's a good size for a functional footstool (not just decoration) and is beautiful, too. Hint: Have lots of stuffing on hand! I ended up buying a thick foam wedge which I trimmed to the size of the top, and pillow stuffing, along with recycled plastic bags and newspaper -- to get it nicely fattened up.

The curtains are well made. Sadly i ordered the wrong shade of what I call terracotta. And got a darker colour. However customer communication is excellent, and i sent them back. With no problem. I then received my replacement which was the same colour again - it is my mistake, but colour swatches were sent as requested. My error. But always good responses from the seller. Can't fault them.

No washing or care instructions, I wash everything on arrival, there is oftentimes an odd slight smell (makes sence, these are coming from another country. Odors are different). They shrunk only approximately 5/6 inches. Not a problem in my situation (odd they still work but they do). I love the look however in the pic's they read slightly sheer, they are NOT sheer what so ever! Complete coverage! Still, this works for me, not what I wanted but I can work with them! So they shrink when washed. The fabric is not sheer whatsoever. I still really like them and may order another pair in a longer length. Happy with color but plan to dye to my specific taste ( if I'm brave enough). Really good quality and workmanship. And incase you're wondering if any of the tassel's /balls were destroyed in washing they weren't! All survive!

Very attractive foot stool. Faster than expected delivery. I got the stuffed black on cream 44cm diameter version. It's a bit smaller than I imagined, even after measuring the space. I wanted a single shared footstool for a set of two wingback chairs in a reading nook. The 44cm is more of a single use size. The height is comfortable for resting my feet while reading. The stuffing has a slightly dusty organic smell, similar to hay or peat. It is not unpleasant, just noticeable. Hopefully it will dissipate with time. It arrived in a vacuum sealed bag that immediately expanded when I cut the plastic. Overall, I'm very pleased with the quality, comfort and style of the piece.

I was hoping they would, as the Etsy seller used Urban Outfitters images to advertise this product. I tried to contact the seller to return but they never responded. Item was well made and arrived earlier than expected so I am giving them 3 stars.

They may fade after washing so not too big a deal. Delivery was a lot longer than the 2 weeks originally told. My order was delayed but this was sorted out after some back and forth comms. I would order again if I do not need the item in a hurry as comes from India.
