They went above and beyond! The first curtains I received were beige or off white, I ordered white. They sent me another set of curtains - ultra white. So when you order white, make sure they are ultra white, if that is the case. I love the curtains! They were worth the wait. Thank you!

I first contacted Bohoya with a question regarding dimensions of a pillow. They were able to customize the same pattern and provided options for my pillow needs. I originally just wanted the pillow cases but when I couldn't find the insert in the same size of the casing they included it at no additional cost. The order came promptly and was very well packaged. The embroidery was quality and the closing consisted of a fine tooth zipper. Great, prompt service and quality pillows.

Seller didn't send well past estimated arrival date, until after I requested cancellation and refund. Color was much darker and more orange than expected or pictured.
