Processing Time
We are committed to delivering authentic, original products crafted just for you. As many of our items are handmade, processing times vary by product:
Curtains and Poufs: Made to order, with a processing time of 3-5 days.
Footstools, Pillows, Floor Cushions, and Table Runners: Typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline
We ship all orders directly from our warehouse in Jaipur, India. Shipping times depend on your location:
Within India: 3-5 working days after processing.
Outside India: 5-10 working days after processing.
Total delivery time includes the processing time (noted on the product page) plus shipping. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send a confirmation to the email address you provided during registration.
International Returns:
For international orders, returns are accepted only at the buyer’s expense.
Mode of Dispatch & Delivery
We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers, including BlueDart and Delhivery, to deliver your orders. If a delivery address is unserviceable by these providers, we will use an alternative service with coverage in your area to ensure successful delivery.
Delivery Costs
We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. No additional delivery charges will apply, regardless of your location.
Modes of Payment
Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment gateway, Cashfree Payments. We accept multiple payment methods but do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
