Q: What materials do you use? A: 100% natural fabrics only — cotton velvet, handwoven cotton, linen, jute, and wool depending on the product. No synthetics, ever. Full composition is listed on each product page. Q: Are the dyes safe and non-toxic? A: Yes. We use natural dyes throughout. Safe for homes with children and pets.

Q: How do I wash this? A: Cold wash, gentle cycle, low tumble dry or air dry flat. Do not dry clean. Full care label is stitched inside every piece. Q: Will the colours fade? A: Our dyes are colourfast and tested for wash durability. Colours may soften slightly over time — which most customers prefer. Avoid direct prolonged sunlight. Q: Will it shrink? A: Natural fabrics have a slight shrink tolerance of 3–5% on first wash. We account for this in our sizing.

A: You choose at checkout — cover only (just the outer fabric, no fill) or filled (ready to use straight out of the box). The filled option comes stuffed with recycled cotton fibre. If you already have inserts at home, the cover-only option saves on shipping weight. Footstools & Floor Cushions Q: What's included in my order? A: One complete, ready-to-use piece exactly as shown in the photos — frame, fill, and upholstery all included. Nothing extra to buy, nothing to assemble. Table Runners & Mats Q: What's included in my order? A: One piece as shown — ready to use straight away. Sets are listed separately if available.
